Khumbu's Fabrics Exchange & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you buy! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Item Condition

• Items must be returned in good condition, with no damage and original tags attached.

• Opened items may be exchanged, provided they are still in their original packaging and unused.
  
  

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We are unable to offer exchanges on the following:

• Items purchased during clearance sales

• Final sale items

• Special order items

• Custom-made or personalized items
  
  

In-Store Exchanges

You may exchange items purchased in-store within 7 working days of the original purchase date.

Requirements:

• Valid receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

• Item must meet the return condition criteria above.
  

Online Returns & Exchanges

For online purchases, you may request an exchange within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Process:

1. Email us at info@khumbusfabrics.co.za with your order number and reason for exchange.

2. Once approved, send the item back in its original condition and packaging.

3. You will be responsible for the return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
